The problem: Overdue tasks quietly get missed. A PM handling dozens of tasks across several projects has no automatic way to notice something's gone quiet, until a client or manager asks why it isn't done yet.

How we solved it: An automatic daily check flags overdue tasks and shows them to the PM the moment they log in. Nothing relies on memory or manual review.
